Long before we arrived in Virginia she helped us feel confident in the process through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and her portal. By the time we arrived to look at houses, we felt Brandy already knew us well, which she proved in helping us find the perfect home to meet our family's needs in under 1 week. I never imagined the home buying experience, especially in the current competitive market, to be so easy. Thanks to Brandy, it was! Brandy did a great job helping us to understand the current market and what we could do to put ourselves in the best place to have an offer accepted. She was very vocal with the other agents putting our needs first and made the paperwork seamless. Brandy proved time and again to be available to us at all hours. She was patient and always available to answer my many questions, even the ones that did not directly pertain to buying our home. Brandy stayed open minded and respected every decision we made along the way. I cannot imagine a better experience!
