Seller reviewMaryBeth aided us in purchasing our home 4 years ago. We had such a wonderful experience with her then that we were happy to reach out to her when it was time to sell. She exceeded our expectations with every step of the process. She priced the house appropriately, had excellent knowledge of the area, and handled all negotiations professionally. She was able to answer all of our questions and had contacts wherever and whenever we needed them. She was always available and eased our fears being on the other side of the process. Seller reviewWe contacted Brandy Glauner to be our sales agent on the recommendation of a good friend. Although our first sale date (June) fell through due to our change of plans, she stayed with us and we went for a new date in mid October. The preparations were coordinated with Brandy and it all went according to schedule. The house had a buyer within 4 days of being listed! One month afterwards we closed. What an amazing period, free of hassle and more requests. Thank you Brandy! We can wholeheartedly recommend Brandy Glauner for your next home sale!! Probably for your purchase as well.

Seller reviewHonesty and trust was very important to me. Justin kept me up to date, provided options, and was always very clear with potential options and scenarios. Justin is knowledgeable, honest, respectful, and a phenomenal realtor. He is able to provide recommendations, advice, and stays in touch with every advancement. I wanted Justin to sell my house because I trusted him to help me make all right choices. I am so happy with the experience and all of his help! Justin advertised and described my townhouse amazing. He ensured the home was pictured and presented well by suggesting contractors and helping determine appropriate costs to prepare it. He was pretty much exactly right with what it would cost me to prepare my property! When my property was ready, he had it photographed and up in less than a day. Then 24 hours later it was under contract.
