This may be a little long, so please bear with me. In an emergency situation when moving my elderly parents to Virginia from Florida only a year ago, Brandy was instrumental in finding an appropriate space for my wheelchair bound father and my fragile mother. Both are 85 years old and needed to be close to me. In no time at all, Brandy found a home for them in the Falls Run Community. The stress of moving my elderly folks was pressure enough, I could not handle much more. Brandy made that experience a non issue for me. For that, I cannot thank her enough. Unfortunately, my dad passed on Memorial Day weekend and there was no way for my mother to live by herself. Again, Brandy to the resue! She gave me not only what needed to be done to put the house on the market, but made all the appointments for any work and inspected the work for me. When the 'coming soon' sign was posted, she took care of the offers that came in before the house even hit the market. She made meaningful and helpful suggestions to get us in the best position possible. I do need to note here that this was all taking place while we were in mourning for my father. She again took care of EVERYTHING. The house was sold and closed within 6 weeks after the death of my father. I can guarantee that I know NO ONE that takes care of her customers like Brandy does.
