Seller reviewEric went out of his way to help prepare the home for the market. He lent us furniture and suggested light fixtures. He even helped with some of the remodeling stuff. He also gave me names of people to contact to address the home inspection report. When it came down to two potential buyers, he was very aggressive making sure we would get the maximum price for our condo. I felt very comfortable in trusting him with handling the critical aspects of the sale. He knows his market well, and he knows how to sell or buy a home.
