He assisted us in selling our home by suggesting what we should change in order for it to go on the market looking the best. You have a good eye and was respectful of the amount of money we wanted to spend on the house… Gave good suggestions that made a big difference. When it came to buying a new house we really wanted to build and he encouraged us to look at other builders just to make sure we were happy with her final decision. He assisted us with the whole building process, gave us suggestions, and attended almost every appointment and walk through that we had during the entire process. I cannot say enough good things about Eric from a professional standpoint and is also wonderful family man!
