Buyer reviewMy son used Eric when he bought his home and we were excited to utilize him as well. Eric was very invested in the whole process of our finding a new home. He never tried to pressure us into a decision and was honest about how he felt about properties. There is no doubt that we would not only recommend Eric to others but also follow up to see that people contact him. An added plus is Eric is a Scandinavian. Being a Norwegian is very important to me and he can speak fluent Norske!

Seller reviewEric walked through and told us about the house's strengths and weaknesses through the eyes of prospective buyers. He had suggestions for how to raise the value without spending a huge amount of money. I think he negotiated the best price we could get for the house--the buyer's mortgage company pretty much limited the top price and nothing any of us could do about that.
