Seller reviewWe interviewed three agents and were very impressed with Eric's knowledge of the neighborhood market and the house. He quickly identified the improvements that we made and how they would impact the specific price of our house rather than coming to us with generic pricing for the area. He also came prepared with a strong marketing plan and pricing based on recent sales and pending sales. He answered all of our questions thoughtfully and knowledgably. The market we were in was dynamic and quickly changing and Eric kept abreast and advised us of the developments in real time. We would recommend Eric to our friends and relatives in a heartbeat. Everything went very smoothly and we received top dollar for our house. In fact, so far it was the highest price received in the neighborhood so far! We are exceedingly happy with Eric's services and believe we got our money's worth and then some!
