Seller reviewEric is a true professional. He added tremendous value - with both with the selling of our last house and the buying of our new one. On the sale, he was very helpful with the staging and even suggested some appropriate and low cost remodeling ideas which boosted the marketability. Once we listed, our house was sold in less than a week. With the purchase, Eric was very patient yet responsive as we looked at dozens of houses for more than a year. He has excellent vision to see a house's potential and helped us to understand how we could get what we wanted and stay within our price range. We ended up with a great house, and have Eric to thank for his guidance on how we have updated it. He has a wonderful eye for things like paint color, furniture placement, flooring, and other minor remodel ideas that really has us loving our new home.
