Seller reviewEric did a thorough walk through of the house before listing and gave us a list of items to address to get top dollar. He even had a list of professional and affordable tradesmen to do the work at the ready! Once we had addressed the suggested items, Eric helped stage the house with his own furnishings and got a professional photographer to make our property standout online and for the showings. Every bit of advice he gave us came to fruition as Eric was able to do what he does best, negotiate and relationship build with potential buyers and their agents. We sold our house in 1 day for over the asking price and we truly believe Eric Rasmussen is only agent that could have pulled this off.
