Seller reviewSharon was awesome! She listed the property on a Saturday and held an open house the next day on Sun. By Sun night we had 2 offers and she helped guide and advise me through the entire process, from offer(s) to close. Sharon has a great disposition and helped to calm me down when I got frustrated a few times about the process. She also is very much a professional with extraordinary integrity. When she says she's going to do something, or be somewhere at a certain time, or take care of something, then you can count on her doing exactly that. Her actions sync 100% with her words which is so refreshing in this day and age. In my opinion, Sharon is probably in the top 1 percentile of her profession. Throughout the entire process, I felt fortunate and blessed to have her on my side. She brings a wealth of expertise, communication and negotiation skills to the table and more importantly she's a very professional, friendly and nice person to be around. Plus her work ethic is awesome! Karla was awesome with the docs. Dana was awesome as well, but she's with the escrow company so not sure if I should be giving her well deserved kudos here or not. All three ladies, Sharon, Dana and Karla were great to work with.

Seller reviewI lived in Lake Park previously and have consulted with Sharon for 20 to 25 years about property values at Lake Park. My condo has been a rental for the past 25 to 30 years. Sharon has always been in contact with me and has provided me with market information. I have always told her that if I was to sell my condo, I would use her as my agent. After that many years, most agents would have given up on me but Sharon was always there when I needed her. Patience eventually pays off and in my case, it paid off for Sharon. As a rule, I have very little confidence and respect for real estate agents. Sharon is the really true exception. Extremely knowledgeable about her inventory and the market. I had total trust in her decisions concerning the sale of my condo and you just don't get any more professional than Sharon. She is an asset to Century 21. I can't wait til I get back to San Diego to visit and have dinner with Sharon to celebrate our sale. Our sale was not an easy one. We had several buyers with unbelievable circumstances. I am not the easiest person, nor the most patient person to deal with when things don't go the way they should but Sharon weathered through all the drama with flying colors.
