Buyer reviewWendy is AMAZING! She was very understanding with me being a first time home buyer, even after I sent her Excel spreadsheets of houses I wanted to see. She was quick to respond to emails and even faster to texts. One weekend I did open houses and I found a house I liked so I texted her, thinking she would be busy showing and she would call me back later that day and set up a showing. Nope, she texted back saying she would meet me there in 10 minutes. Same thing with a different house. Then when I found my house, she was great with my indecisiveness. And to top it all off, Wendy put up with me and not knowing what I really wanted. Wendy truly cares about you and wants what it best for you. I would recommend her to everyone and I have recommended to a friend. Once you buy a house with her, the relationship doesn't end. She will make sure that everything is ok with your new place. There is a long list of things Wendy did that made buying with her so great! Basically, let's just say I won't let her retired - she is going to be selling my home when I move. She doesn't know this yet. :) Your welcome...

Buyer reviewI have bought/sold 3 homes with Wendy Grunewald. Each experience has been exceptional. The moment you meet Wendy you will be happy you picked her as your Realtor. She is friendly, outgoing, extremely knowledgeable about the buying/selling process, and a great listener. Buying or selling a home is an involved process and often stressful. When you work with Wendy, she makes that process seem easy and stress free. I could always pick up the phone and call or text her with the simplest of questions and she would always respond no matter how "dumb" I thought my question was. The other major thing I would say that makes Wendy stand out is that she treats you like family. You aren't a business transaction to her and the process from her end isn't "work". She wants your buying or selling process to go smoothly and that shows in the way that she treats you. I would highly recommend Wendy to friends, family, or a complete stranger because I know anyone who uses her as their Realtor will be 150% happy they picked up the phone and called her.
