Bill Colie is a fantastic realtor! As a first-time buyer, everything about the process was new to me, and he led me through it like a pro! He was very responsive to my calls & emails, and knowledgeable about the area & market. Bill let me drag him to countless nearly-identical houses until I found the perfect one. Unfortunately, my first "perfect one" was a not-so-perfect short sale. Bill was patient and professional through that horribly long and painful process. After that deal fell through (through no fault of our own - the bank wants tens of thousands more than the house is worth and will not budge!
