She explains realistically how the market is standing, what her team can do during that market time and expresses any communication with the other parties in a way that does not compromise a sale but tactfully within your favor and with expectations.

They also assisted us with finding a realtor for our purchasing process also, who was wonderful as well. They were great in communicating with us continually and were quick to return our calls. There was a moment I got a little worried about how are process was going and I loved how Sarah remained calm and made me feel so much at ease and helped remove all those worries. Our home sold so quickly as Sarah felt that it would. Thank you Sarah and your amazing team for a job done above and beyond!

She has excellent communication, a very helpful and responsive team and a great overall ability to be a calming help in the chaos of selling a home. This was a family estate and a lot of emotions were involved and Sarah really helped us with all of it .
