Buyer reviewWhen we chose to go with the Sarah Padgett team, it wasn't really a conversation. I looked at my wife and said "we're going with the Padgetts right?" Her response- "well yeah?" So to start it was a completely unsaid understanding that they're hands down the best agents we could find in terms of professionality, availability, affability, and ability. To say we are over the moon about the process and seamlessness of the whole transaction would be a disservice. They all, Sarah, Michael, and garret, went above and beyond at every corner to make sure clear and concise communications were had. To find the home we really wanted was a blessing. But from there Michael took it and ran with it, from making a deal under the asking price to negotiating a full repaint on a BRAND NEW BUILT home, he was flawless. There isn't enough time in a day to give them the praise that they deserve for the outstanding service that they provide.
