Seller reviewShelly Valdez is a very professional, honest and friendly agent. I can only say/write positive things about my experience with her and her work. She understood that how important is for me to reach my needs with this sale. She was very well informed about the market, the possibilities of the sale. She explained everything from A to Z to me about the sale, if I had any questions the answer was provided immediately. Before we listed my home for sale, she made sure that everything is well prepared, and I am aware of every detail of the sales. She was estimating to sale my home in 2 days based on my home and the listing price. Well after 2 days showing my home was sold! And way above the asking price. This can only happen when the agent is very well experienced and has a very well-planned sale strategy. Like Shelly Valdez. Seller reviewAll of the above certainly apply to Michele Urbanowski. I've had other agents that were difficult to get a response from once they had me signed, not so with Michele. Always prompt with her responses, if not immediate. Very polite, very professional, very personable. I considered her a friend before the deal was done. A very positive experience. I only dealt with Michele, and not meaning any offense to anyone else, I was happy for it.

Seller reviewMichelle did a great job of helping us get ready to show our home. She gave us information regarding what would make our home stand out and she had great pictures taken. I was really impressed with how well Michele listened and was able to meet our needs. She was careful with our money and did not push any unnecessary spending. She was really looking out for us. I would definitely choose Michele if I were to sell or purchase a home again. She did a great job and I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

There was a lot of back and forth required with contracts and communication between the buyers and us that she really took control of to make it a positive situation. Cannot speak highly enough about Michele. She really stuck with us and made it a positive experience. In the face of multiple issues she shined! She kept us all on track and thinking positively. We are so thankful she was our agent! This process was emotional and I was very unsure that I was willing to part with our home, even though I wanted something new. Michele was so supportive of any decision we wanted to make and really kept us informed and made sure we had all the details to be able to make the best choice for us as a family.
