Seller reviewMy husband I were managing, albeit poorly, our former home in Plant City, Florida. There was a lot of work to be done in order to get it market ready, to include helping our tenants find another residence prior to the listing. Being that we had not lived in the area for 12 years, Shelly's knowledge about real estate practices and local vendors was essential in helping us efficiently maneuver through the selling process. She connected us with many contractors and services and made sure we had a variety of quotes that were both fair and timely. Selling a home is stressful enough, even more so when you are 1000 miles away from the property. With Shelly navigating the terrain, we were able to successfully close quickly with the least amount of frustration. Shelly was awesome.

We tried looking on our own at first using different apps on our phones but by the time we contacted the realtor, the home would be sold. We found Michele Urbanowski listed on a home we liked and even though it was sold already, she added us on a CENTURY 21 email list that would update us the minute a new home was listed. We were able to find our dream home, which is going to save us money vs renting over time. Michele was available basically 24/7 even when she was away on vacation for a week. That shows just how much she cares about her job and her clients. She educated us and even taught us how to get the best deal possible while still purchasing a very nice home. We found a 2 year old newly built home, with upgrades, and were able to negotiate the price below our budget. Without the help of CENTURY 21 and Michele Urbanowski we would still be renting, throwing away our hard earned money. Thank you!
