Buyer reviewI would be absolutely shocked if Stacey has ever gotten a rating other than EXCELLENT. I will never look for a house without her again! Stacey would literally respond to me in under a minute, incredibly responsive and I felt truly valued as a customer 100% of the time dealing with Stacey. Stacey was very low pressure in everything and was quick to find answers to all my questions. I can't imagine using any other broker, A+++ Thank you Stacey!

Seller reviewKelly is very knowledgable and honest! We love her compassion, honesty and "people skills"! The home Kelly sold for us belonged to my aunt and uncle (deceased). When my aunt could no longer stay in the home, a neighbor came forward and told us that a person who grew up in the neighborhood was interested in purchasing my aunt's home. We needed a real estate agent to handle all of the "business" of this transaction. Kelly Coenen was the first (only) person who came to mind! Kelly handled EVERYTHING for us perfectly and we could not be more thankful or appreciative!
