After two other unsuccessful tries with two other real estate companies we went with Stacey after seeing her tv ads. We are so glad we did as she made this time a success. When we found our dream home, we weren't even looking. We have only been in our current home for six years, and the thought of listing, selling and moving was almost too much to consider. However, we have worked with Stacey Hennessey multiple times, and I knew we could rely on her expertise to navigate this adventure. Upon an accepted offer on the new house pending the sale of our current, we immediately began the process of preparing for showings. Stacey hosted the first open house with much success and interested buyers. Her feedback was incredibly helpful, and we accepted an offer within weeks. The following weeks of packing made it a crazy ride. However the closing is an entirely new level of insanity. The morning of the closings, we quickly realized our packing company was not as swift as we hoped, and we were in danger of not being out in time for the new owners to move in. This is where having the most amazing realtor really makes the difference! Within an hour, she was at our home, kicked off her shoes and helped us physically move and pack items into the moving trucks. Not only that, she called in family reinforcements that rolled up their sleeves and packed their own trucks and trailers as well! Talk about going above and beyond!! We definitely could not have made this move happen without Stacey. As always, she really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Stacey! We recommend her and the entire C21 Acre team. BRAVO!
