The interaction left very little room for interpretation on what our next steps were, and Century 21 really allowed us to work with what was most comfortable for us...phone, text, e-mail. Downsizing was harder than I thought...and Stacey's patience and willingness to take me through the multiple showings I requested really helped. I was really pleased with Stacey's comments about the homes I was touring...things I should consider or be aware of about the home we were in whether it was location, updates, traffic pattern or resale considerations. Stacey was good at pointing the positive and potential negatives of the multiple homes she graciously showed me. I must say this, Stacey was fun to work with; a great sense of humor and most important honest and upfront with me.
