Seller reviewI would definitely recommend Stacy Hennessey to anyone seeking a great realtor. She gave us good advice about pricing our home and preparing it for showings. Stacy actually answered her phone whenever we called her, every time, early or late in the day. She kept us well informed throughout the entire process from the several offers to purchase to the closing, which occurred 12 weeks after the first showing. Stacy is very well organized and accommodated our schedule to include evening meetings for signing documents. Best of all, Stacy is fun! Stacy's assistant Nichole was very capable and polite. The office staff were also very helpful and polite. They were always well informed as to why we were there whether for signing documents for Stacy or collecting information regarding our listing/sale. Our home was listed on Sept. 18 and we accepted a final offer on November 10 and after that there were no hitches. The closing was completed competently with no inconvenience on our part. Stacy even delivered the check to us that evening on her way to another appointment.

Seller reviewStacey had contacted us several times. We did some investigation online and found glowing comments. Her ratings were very high so we contacted her. We liked her aggressive, upbeat style. Communication was very important to us. Stacey and her organization surpassed our expectations in that area. Our home had been for sale for nearly 2 years before we listed with Stacey. I only wish we had done it sooner.
