Seller reviewAs the executor for my mother's estate, I was responsible for selling her home. Because I live out of town, this could have been an overwhelming process. However, the experience could not have been better. Bill Oakes was so knowledgeable and conscientious; he took care of all the details and was always available to answer questions. Buyer reviewBill Oakes went above and beyond any other experience we've had with realtors. We were living in Minnesota and moving to Bemidji to care for my elderly parents. It was a very hard move both physically and emotionally. We left two little grandboys behind. We did everything long distance without seeing the property. Bill described the property perfectly so we had a very good idea of what we were moving into. We closed on a Friday and wired the money and had possession on Monday. When he did the walk through the property was dirty and a lot of stuff left in the garage. He emptied the garage and hired someone to clean the kitchen so when we arrived Tuesday afternoon we walked into our clean new home. The carpet had to be replace and he coordinated that with us and the carpet salesperson. Bill Oakes is a fantastic individual and represents the realty industry with professionalism and integrety.
