Seller reviewI have known Bill Oakes for many years through our church. Bill has always been a friendly, trustworthy person. He has a great, fun personality! When I was finally ready to let go and sell my land, Bill was the person I chose to turn to, because I needed that assurance from a friendly, reliable person. I knew I could trust him to help me decide the value and asking price for my land, and I knew he would look out for my best interests. Century 21 is very lucky to have such a fine man as Bill Oakes as a representative of your organization!

Seller reviewI would highly recommend Betsie Curb to other seller's and prospective buyers. She is very knowledgeable of the market, provides honest assessments and comments (maybe not always what you wanted to hear-which is good). When the new prospective buyers were disappointed at the condition of the existing dryer, she offered an extra one she had. She even helped me load it on my truck!! She got us alot of activity and finally the right persons to purchase the home.
