As a first-time home buyer, I was a little over eager to start my search despite not planning to arrive in the local area for a few months. Darbi communicated with me about different available houses and was receptive to my feedback while making sure I didn't jump on a house too quickly. Once I showed serious interest in a particular house, she got the virtual tour set up right away. When I decided to pursue purchasing that house, she put in an offer I was comfortable with, got it accepted, and essentially held my hand through the whole rest of the process, including talking through the inspection and writing up an inspection contingency. She went above and beyond to get me connected with local resources, which was invaluable since I was purchasing remotely and had no knowledge of the area.
