Ernest called me and introduce himself and told us a lot about Mountain Home and his staff. I was pretty sure he would be our agent. After meeting him in person, we knew he would do everything to find us the right Home. He and his staff went above and beyond our expectations. He was always there when we had a question. If he was busy and we had to leave a message, he always returned our call within minutes. We are very happy with the Home he thought we would like.
