Seller reviewI wouldn't deal with any brokers in the area other than Ernie. He has always communicated well and worked to understand our needs. I have worked with over a dozen realtors over the years and even acted as my own in the past. Ernie is by far the best.

Buyer reviewThe process would have been very confusing for me as a first time home buyer, but Ernest made it incredibly easy! At no point did we feel like we were in the dark concerning our house hunt. Ernest was always Easy to get in contact with, he was polite and professional throughout the process. We always felt like we could ask for further clarification and it always seemed like it was about getting us into the perfect home, not about getting a commission. I have zero complaints about this process, was very happy with how everything went! I have already started to mention Ernest and Darbi every time that I hear somebody mention real estate.

Took the time to listen to concerns regards the contract and followed up with us even if there was no update. Making sure we are confident and comfortable with our purchase. Never felt pressured to buy or change anything to meet any needs. Will be using Ernest again for our next house.
