Tessa Hagwood was, simply put, amazing. Buying a house can be a confusing and frustrating process. Finding an agent even more so. When our previous agent left real estate for another opportunity, we struggled to find someone who actually listened to what we needed. And then we lucked into Tessa. We asked to see a house that we'd seen before, knowing it wasn't exactly what we wanted, but so tired of the process that we were willing to settle. Tessa walked around the house with us and then, at the end said, "Look, I know you guys are tired, but this isn't your house. You entertain, you spend a lot of time outdoors, you have pets. This isn't your house, but I'll help you find one that is." And she did. Tessa worked her tail off for us. She was available any time of day, always willing to check out a new house. We found the perfect home, a place where we can easily see the kids grow, and Tessa walked us through the whole process with patience, good humor, and friendship. We cannot speak more highly of her. She is a rock star.

We chose Joanna based on a strong recommendation from a friend. The fact that she offered the Warrior program incentives sealed the deal for us working her. She didn't require a contract and was very available for us. We both work regular business hours and Joanna spent many night and weekends usually in the rain showing us properties. We went back to multiple houses several times and she always accommodated us and never complained. When we closed escrow and she knew it was moving day she brought us nourishing snacks and that was so above and beyond what was required of her.
