We never felt pressured to make a deal with something we weren't comfortable with. She was also very honest and would let us know if a home was not in good shape. It was great to have someone knowledgeable who we could count on when buying a home can be overwhelming. If she wouldn't let her family member buy a certain home, she wouldn't let her clients buy it either, and we really felt that way! We've been searching for a home for the past 5 years and once we started working with Joanna, we closed on a home within 5 months!
