Buyer reviewJoanna is terrific!! She was on top of listing my house at 22220 J St. Santa Margarita and also with my purchase of 8987 Curbaril Ave., Atascadero. She dots every i and crosses every t and she makes sure any other person involved in the sale or purchase does the same thing. She's a very hard worker, very knowledgeable, very honest and trustworthy. I will recommend her to anyone I know is looking for a Real Estate Agent, I trust her and I will tell everyone who will listen what a great agent she is.

Seller reviewshe helped pick the colors that would sell. her influence made the painters do a better job. she staged the photo shoot with her own picture and plant. she brought by a decorator to point out things I needed to do. she gave me discount coupons for contractors. she lent me a sander and gave me sand paper that I used on several jobs. she gave me other insights about fixing up my house.

She presented the pros and cons of each property and listened to my thoughts and needs, eventually leading me to find my home. I felt she new the communities we searched extremely well, and, more importantly, knew me well enough to know how I would fit in. All of these traits and skills made Joanna a real estate agent I would work with again and recommend to anyone.
