Seller reviewJoanna Nowinski listened to our plans and was willing to work with us accordingly. She worked very hard and effectively for us. Given the difficulties that came up she resolved them all and closed the sale as early as could possibly be done. We recommend her highly. Joanna took the stress off of us. We were out of the area most of the time and she stayed in contact with us . We could always get in touch and talk when needed.

When we were deciding to move to the Central Coast, Tessa, merely reached out with a simple card, just letting us know she was available to us with any questions we may have about a potential move. Never once did we feel pressured. Tessa was always available, either my text, or phone call. Selling and buying a home, is a pretty stressful process, however Tessa, was always there to calm our nerves, and make the process as smooth as possible. She was able to streamline the process with excellent referrals. The one thing that makes Tessa stand out, is her genuine nature. She's doesn't just want you to buy a house, she wants to help you find your home. Tessa, was excellent is every step of the process. I would highly recommend working with her. She knows the area, and will find the home that meets your needs.

She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and what locations would be a great fit for my family and I. From the very beginning I could tell she was going to make sure we found the house we were looking for and Tessa was not sale driven, but rather, she wanted to make sure every detail was what I was looking for. She had no problem expressing when there might be "issues" of one kind or another with any house we viewed. Tessa really cared enough to make sure we got what we wanted. I would highly suggest using Tessa for any home buying needs.

She dots every i and crosses every t and she makes sure any other person involved in the sale or purchase does the same thing. She's a very hard worker, very knowledgeable, very honest and trustworthy. I will recommend her to anyone I know is looking for a Real Estate Agent, I trust her and I will tell everyone who will listen what a great agent she is.

Seller reviewshe helped pick the colors that would sell. her influence made the painters do a better job. she staged the photo shoot with her own picture and plant. she brought by a decorator to point out things I needed to do. she gave me discount coupons for contractors. she lent me a sander and gave me sand paper that I used on several jobs. she gave me other insights about fixing up my house.
