She could always put everything in place in the local real estate market and make everything fit together. When several of us would get together to make a decision, she'd wait and then politely step in to explain it to us. It is Joanna I give the most credit to for completing this sale. First impressions are important to me and Tessa did not disappoint my wife or I. She presented a solid plan for the sale, list of suggestions to enhance the property and was easily available for any questions I may have. She gave suggestions and listened to my suggestions and gave very valuable feedback which resulted in a quick sale for more than the asking price.
