Sarah is a lovely soul who is very, very skilled. More than hearing my wife and I, she listened. We initially had one idea of what we wanted, but by the end of our first day (which was a Friday), Sarah listened to us and figured out what we thought we wanted was not, in fact, what we wanted. She gently suggested that we try a particular home. In time, we got the house that we wanted for less than we probably would have originally agreed to. This was in large part due to Sarah's attentiveness and commitment to helping us. Moreover, her commitment and service to us has not ended with the sale. Since we are new to the area, Sarah continues to help us with contractor referrals and helping us transition to an exciting new community. It really is impressive how she sorted through our noise to quickly identify the ideal home for us, sensitively presented it, supported us through the ups and downs of buying, and has continued to provide support on the backend after the sale. Sarah was extremely upfront and knowledgeable about the process. Being first time home buyers made it easy to trust her when she either had the answers we sought or was able to find them quickly. She always made it clear if she was unsure if anything and always followed up to be sure she answered our questions thoroughly. Sarah would routinely take time out of her day to check on us and be sure we didn't come up with any more questions. Every interaction was extremely pleasant and she made sure all of our needs were met, even when we wanted to see another property and needed to do it quick. Sarah even took time out of her day to send us a congratulations video after the birth of our daughter (that happened in the middle of escrow). Sarah was understanding that we lived out of town and was accommodating when it came to scheduling inspections, showings, etc. Sarah, to us, has become family.
