Seller reviewI feel very fortunate to have met and worked with Sarah on the sale of my property in Grass Valley. Months before actually listing the house, Sarah helped me through a number of things that I wanted to complete before we signed a contract. She was extremely helpful and never pushy. After our first meeting, I knew she was perfect for the job. Confident, professional and very likeable, I knew she was the one. One of her best traits is the fact that she actively listens. And in my case, she listened a lot. Sarah and her team excelled every step of the way. Much thanks, Sarah. I'll miss working with you.

Seller reviewWe learned about Sarah from family referal. She helped us out with a real estate issue we were having a full year before we decided to sell. Her helpfulness when we weren't even her client meant when we did want to sell our house, there was no one else we would even consider. Our sale was a little complicated since we were no longer in the country. You would think this would be an almost impossible task, but because of Sarah's organization, network of professionals, marketing plan the online technology, it was surprisingly very managable. We really appreciated the efforts she put forth plus all the other people who participated in getting the home ready to sell.

Buyer reviewI have been frequently visiting the Grass Valley area for many years, and have been dreaming lately about living in the region. When I came across Sarah Stone-Francisco's Instagram page, I immediately knew I found my Agent when I became ready. When my daughters recently flew the coop, it was finally time to look. Sarah's buying agent, Amy Schlater, started to show me homes in December. We looked at a few dozen homes until I found the perfect property for me. I can't say enough how awesome Sarah and Amy are. I had high expectations and they exceeded them. Sarah and her team are true professionals. She knows the Grass Valley and Nevada City region and the real estate industry. Buyer reviewSarah is a lovely soul who is very, very skilled. More than hearing my wife and I, she listened. We initially had one idea of what we wanted, but by the end of our first day (which was a Friday), Sarah listened to us and figured out what we thought we wanted was not, in fact, what we wanted. She gently suggested that we try a particular home. In time, we got the house that we wanted for less than we probably would have originally agreed to. This was in large part due to Sarah's attentiveness and commitment to helping us. Moreover, her commitment and service to us has not ended with the sale. Since we are new to the area, Sarah continues to help us with contractor referrals and helping us transition to an exciting new community. It really is impressive how she sorted through our noise to quickly identify the ideal home for us, sensitively presented it, supported us through the ups and downs of buying, and has continued to provide support on the backend after the sale. Simply wonderful!
