Mimi was spot on with the estimated sale price. We appreciated the fact that she didn't try to overprice the home but priced the home to sell. I believe we would have sold the home much faster had we not had natural disasters surrounding us at the time of the sale. Her marketing, photography and attention to details really sets her apart from other agents.
