Buyer reviewWe were first-time home buyers and therefore lacked any knowledge or true understanding of the process. Holli was communicative, clear and patient at every turn. She really took the time to explain every aspect of the process as it was happening. She had an impressive understanding of the inner workings of each step--from what the inspection report meant (going over small details with us) to handling all of the logistics in further hiring contractors to look at the house, to suggesting a great mortgage agent, etc. She always seemed to have our best interests at heart when negotiating--helping us find a balance between what is fair and what can be negotiated. Holli felt like an old friend--we never questioned her motives and we felt so safe in her hands.
