Buyer reviewHolli is knowlegable, and a great listener. She is patient, and very good at explaining the nuances of purchasing a home in this economy. She was with me every step of the way, and really went to bat for me on some items needing completed from the sellers. She has continued to be available to me after the close of escrow which has been a huge help! I highly recommend her and Team Simmons for any real estate transaction.
