Seller reviewSelling one's home after 25 years is both an emotional experience and massive undertaking. I truly listened to Mimi's initial guidance; readily making the repairs and updates needed prior to the home going on the market. Then I followed her excellent advice on staging the space, which helped me begin the process of purging stuff. The end result: sold on the first day for over the asking price, plus I was ready to make the move-out more easily.
