Buyer reviewWe moved from San Diego and had very little knowledge of the differences in the various parts of Grass Valley and Nevada City. Holli was very helpful in sharing her vast knowledge of the nuances, positives and possible concerns of the different areas we were considering. We ultimately chose a house slightly outside of our original parameters of our original search at Holli's suggestion and found the perfect home for us. Her expertise, professionalism and attention to detail were a benefit to us throughput the entire process. She made this happen for us. We had the opportunity to talk with the selling agent when he came to pick up the lockbox and he even mentioned how great Holli was to work with. Mimi's enthusiasm, knowledge, combined with her very focused and strategic business model was the determining factor. From my perspective, Mimi's business is strategically focused in three critical areas of 1) target marketing 2) compliance and 3) closing; while Mimi moderates the entire business model start-to-finish with a value-added approach.
