Buyer reviewWe have bought and sold houses in 4 states including several times in California and have never dealt with a Realtor more professional, more dedicated, knowledgeable and patient and would recommend Holli to anyone without hesitation, she was a joy to work with! Again, as previously stated we were very fortunate to have Holli working for us to find our home! It took us several months and we viewed many, many homes, we were very picky with what we wanted in not only a home but location, lot, neighborhood and price. She continued to stick with us, showing much needed patience. I trusted her 100%, asked for and received advice when needed, she walked us through the various steps in our purchase and her local knowledge was invaluable and actually continues on as she provides us with contractor contacts that we've already used and will continue to use! Being that I am in Southern California, I was afraid of the difficulty in navigating a sale in Northern California but she made it so easy. If anyone else in the area is selling or buying a property, I would highly recommend Mimi and her team.

Seller reviewMimi and her staff were very efficient in handling everything. The sale was a very complicated dealing with different permitting and scheduling. Mimi was very instrumental in working with the building departments. When Mimi was busy I was always able to get Tammy who works the office, and could handle what i needed. Very satisfied with the results. Tammy was very helpful with keeping me in the loop, very professional My sales experience was grueling only because I had to have the septic upgraded and the process was time consuming. We were needing to be done before winter came. Everything came together in the end. Mimi was very patient with me while sometimes i was not.
