From our first meeting, and throughout the process of selling my father's home, I had complete confidence in Kathy. She was always professional, extremely helpful, and very timely with all communications. Her recommendations were spot-on for local services and repair shops that I needed for home improvements prior to listing the home. Kathy was very understanding and approachable, which made our long-distance communication easy and comfortable. She kept me informed every step of the way, even after I had to return to home and work in another state. Kathy brought in a great offer on the first day of listing, and I couldn't be more pleased! She made the entire process seem simple, but I know she was working hard at her end to make it easy for me. Kathy deserves the "Patience Award" for smoothing out all the wrinkles during the escrow process and for making everything happen to complete a very successful sale!
