Seller reviewWas recommended by my lawyer. My lawyer said Kathleen Aitchison and her husband were a good team and that turned out to be very true. I was selling this property for my aunts' estate. I live in Illinois so it was very important to have someone that I could trust. I signed the listing papers with Kathleen and went home to Illinois. Everything else was done from 2000 miles away. Her husband John is her assistant and helped keep everything flowing very smoothly.
