Seller reviewThe house I was selling was an estate sale so it was rather sensitive to me. Ann was able to gently explain what improvements we could make prior to the sale to make the house more appealing (which we did) and she actually sold the house BEFORE the For Sale sign went up and it was advertised. Ann is A+. I would recommend her to anyone that asked me!

Seller reviewAnn was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. She was available to answer questions and not afraid to tell us the truth. Her reputation is great, but working with her personally far exceeded our expectations. If you really want to sell your house, then she is your best person to get the job done and done right! Selling a home can be stressful with showings, cancellations and moving. Having a supportive realtor like Ann can make all the difference.

Buyer reviewWe had looked at SEVERAL properties with other brokers and not one could compare to the overall service of Ann Hancock ! She was through and knowledgeable of the property. If she didn't know an answer to a question she would obtain the answer within in hours . She treated us with courtesy and respect through the entre process, {didn't answer phone etc.. during our meetings} I would HIGHLY recommend Ann to handle all ones real estate transactions Mark Jonston

Buyer reviewI wanted some one who knew about the ownership of older homes. Someone with extensive knowledge regarding the purchase of older homes,the pit falls to look for and the right questions to ask. Amazing lady to work with, and just a quick footnote this was all done remotely from another state with a 3 hour time difference Ann didn't miss a heart beat. Very together in her diligence of the purchase of the property Perfect from start to finish I didn't personally deal with another broker only Ann's personnel assistant who is just as timely with her requests for emails and keeping me as updated as possible with phone communication when needed It could not have gone any smoother

Buyer reviewWe were looking for a home in NC from out of state. Ann made it very easy to do this long distance and handled any and all questions or problems. We had a 5 hour drive each way so this was great. We looked at a couple of property's before we settled on this one Ann minimized the stress on us and kept us informed every step of the way. Amazingly this was all accomplished in less than 30 days from viewing to settlement. I would highly recommend her, she was great. It could not have been better
