Buyer reviewWe found her through an instagram account my wife has and she has been very good at communicating with us everything thing that is going on. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house because she is very knowledgeable. She walked us through every step of the process and was very good at communicating with us everything that was going on. She knows how the market works and is very helpful on finding and making sure we were very informed of everything that was going on and staying on top of the house that we wanted to make sure we got it. The rest of her coworkers were very helpful and made everything less stressful by having all documents ready to go when we needed them. She is a very knowledgeable agent and works hard for her clients to get them exactly what they want and need.

Buyer reviewAnn Hancock's professionalism and incredible knowledge of the various laws and ways to get various things negotiated into the contract was just what this sale needed. The sellers were the most difficult people I've ever had the misfortune to meet, and trying to negotiate with them would have been a nightmare without Ann. She was polite, persistent, and put me first in every conversation with the sellers. She didn't give up when others would have thrown in the towel. I will always go back to her for future house sales after working with her on this one. She's incredible.

Buyer reviewThis was an amazing first home buying experience for us. I was beyond pleased with everyone involved, even the recommended inspectors and bankers. My questions got answered in a way we could understand and everything in our documents got explained in detail so I did not feel like I was signing things I didn't understand. Having to buy a home during a pandemic was stressful and intimidating but the entire C21 team I had did a great job working around it all. 10/10

Seller reviewWith Ann Hancock selling your property is a no brainer. You can basically sit back and let her handle it. I enjoyed the little to no stress that Ann provided me. She and her coworker Jaymee were Fabulous and I Highly recommend! You can't go wrong! It was quick and easy in a sellers market! She's a fast talker, so you really need to pay attention! But she's a go getter and makes it happen, I would recommend her to EVERYONE Jaymee is Ann's right arm!! It's very clear she makes it happen behind the seems. She's amazing and deserves a lot of credit!!!! Simply the Best!

Seller reviewI looked for a higher-rated broker in the area, with the shortest active days on their listings previous to the sale. Ann tried harder to sell our property faster, but it wasn't easy due to the location. She was very helpful and accommodate to our needs since we are out of state owners. I wasn't happy with the final sale price, but it was our mistake for investing in the wrong location, not Ann's fault, she knows her business, and she does an excellent job overall.
