Mrs Hancock was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was never hard to contact and made the whole process very accommodating and easy.

Ann Hancock went above and beyond any expectation for a realtor. My previous realtor cancelled my contract due to a cloud on the title, that in his words "could not be fixed". Within two weeks of signing with Ann, she personally met a surveyor on property and orchestrated with the attorney to correct my title issue. I live three hours away from the property being sold and relied heavily on Ann. She called and met with multiple contractors, provided me with multiple quotes, and organized everything to complete the many repairs that were needed to sale for top dollar. Herself and Jaymee Hughey constantly checked on the property and made me aware when the air conditioning wasn't working. Ann did a fantastic job to meet the needs for the buyers and myself, I do not believe anyone else could have completed the transaction on time the way she was able too! My only regret was not calling her first! Ann always answered or returned my call in a good timely matter. She was always on top of schedule. She is very organized and documents everything. She is very polite and I believe we have become good friends throughout this process. She likes to ask about my family and newborn child, and is a genuine down to earth person Jaymee Hughey was very helpful throughout this process and I am so grateful. As I live three hours away, Jaymee checked on my property on multiple occasions. When the city scheduled to turn the water on, someone had to be present at the property. Jaymee waited there for them on my behalf. She always responds to emails and phone calls immediately

I originally bought the house through Ann Hancock who is superb in every way. She has been a top seller most of her long career. She is extremely savvy and used that skill in engineering this sale of the home. She is also an excellent communicator and knows what is important to sell a home. She was also in the past my property manager and communicated quite effectively during that time as I was at a distance when I had tenants. In that I am in my 60's, I have bought and sold other homes. While I always had good Realtors, Ann is the best I have ever had.

Ann Hancock and her team were super efficient, friendly, and incredibly supportive. I would certainly work with Ann Hancock and her team again!
