Buyer reviewJulie was FANTASTIC and I would highly recommend her to anyone! She was a perfect fit for me and my needs. I felt comfortable with her throughout the entire process. She was extremely attentive and quick to respond to my emails/calls/texts, and was very supportive and encouraging of my goals. She also connected me with excellent professionals that I needed for insurance, mortgage lending, etc. As a first time buyer and a young, single female, I was very apprehensive about hiring a realtor who would take me seriously and be respectful of my needs and lack of knowledge. Julie was perfect. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, and in fact made sure to educate me on all aspects of the purchase up front. We got along great throughout the process and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Seller reviewJulie Bencosme was very pro-active from the start with pre-planning, advertising and open houses. She responded to my concerns quickly and was true to her word from the beginning in regard to that fact. Nothing was too small a question to find an answer for. I felt that I was her major concern even if she had other things going on. I felt that I knew what was happening all along the way with the sale process. She knew what was going on during the sales, escrow, lender process. When things seemed to be taking longer than I thought she would explain what was going on and why escrow/lender process was slower than I thought it should be. I would definitely recommend Julie to anyone who wants a knowledgeable, proactive and positive realtor to sell a home. She knows the real estate market from her many years in the business and is a great asset to have working for you.
