Seller reviewThe service I received from Bill Davis and Meredith Reidy and the rest of the team was amazing! Bill really helped me and my family navigate through a very difficult time for us with the passing of my mother. Having to sell her home was one of the most difficult things I had to do. Bill and Meredith displayed a great deal of patience and compassion in helping me make the best decisions and make the best deal possible. Under the circumstances I could not have asked for a better experience.

I am a very type A person and couldn't believe how quickly they responded to my constant bombardment of questions. They guided us smoothly through the process and communicated thoroughly what to expect and what we needed to do. At every obstacle they stepped in and handled it for us. We can't imagine navigating this without their guidance and expertise. Although I know they were incredibly busy, they made us feel like we were their priority the entire time. They listened to what our concerns were and what was essential for us to sell and purchase our homes. There were times my husband and I just couldn't believe how amazing the experience was because of them. We have already recommended them to friends. They are top notch!
