Seller reviewBill Davis is a true professional - extremely knowledgeable, helpful and fantastic at what he does. His team is phenomenal, they are in constant communication with us, and they take time to understand our needs and structure the deal to best meet our requirements. We had Bill sell our home twice over the last 20 years now, and both times the experience was phenomenal. This time the house was sold literally within an hour, and it is a testimony to Bill's expertise in setting the right price. An example of the personal service we received was on the day of our closing, when we had movers and packers all over the house, Bill and his team organized the closing team to come to our house to get the signatures instead of us driving to their offices - an extremely thoughtful and kind gesture given everything that was going on! That is what Bill and his team is all about - they go above and beyond to make the experience memorable for us! I would recommend them for anyone buying or selling a house in the area - Bill is the best!
