Seller reviewBill and Marcus really understood the market in my area and what it would take to sell the house in the Fall time-frame. Bill explained his recommended steps for preparing the house and Marcus did a wonderful job keeping me up to date. My wife and I moved before the house was sold and Bill and Marcus made sure all the contractors had access to the house as well as checking to make sure the work was done correctly. Marcus was very diligent about the documentation and working with the closing companies, which made closing from a few states away a breeze. I worked with Bill when I originally bought the house and working with him again to sell the house now showed me he and his team really are top notch and understand both sides of the transaction extremely well. I highly recommend them.
