I think that is due to Bill's (William Davis) experience and judgement as to how and when to put the house on the market and for his recommendation on the listing price. He is fantastic to work with and certainly knows the business of real estate. We dealt mainly with Meredith once we selected Century 21 by meeting with Bill. I just can't say enough about how wonderful she was! Very professional and efficient, but also very personable and just a lovely person. She made a stressful and sometimes emotional process so much better, not just by her knowledge and experience, but her personality as well. I will recommend not only Century 21, New Millennium, but also Bill and Meredith to anyone I know who is selling property in the Northern VA area!

Seller reviewPlease don't hesitate in making the decision to have Marcus Rondeau and the Bill Davis Team navigate the waters for selling or buying your home. This was absolutely by far the best and most comfortable experience! We were nervous about getting our house on the market in the fall, thinking we had missed the spring/summer rush. Marcus was very reassuring that homes are sold at all times of the year and that he would be very aggressive with marketing our property (which he was)!!! The brochure he created of our home was beautiful. Marcus was confident, professional, very knowledgeable, and such a joy to work with. We feel we wouldn't have had this smooth experience without them. We sold our house quickly and for a great price. The Bill Davis Team did it all and were extraordinary. Go Century 21 New Millennium!
