The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Their knowledge and experience of the local market and local companies are a direct benefit to anyone working with them.

Seller reviewCarol and her team kept me in the loop, through emails, phone calls, and texts, we were kept up to date of the progress as things moved along. Also, she told me the stuff to do to be sure the house presented well to a potential buyer, and we did everything she said to do. I liked that she has so many years in the business, and this gave me great peace when she said the house should be sold within 14 days, and we had a full offer at day 6. She was honest, realistic, and kind. I would ask her to represent me again, and I will recommend her to others.

Seller reviewCarol, even though very busy, made time to meet with us and/or talk on the phone when we needed to communicate with her. We felt she fought for us and we were very pleased with the results. There are thirteen reasons (all excellent traits you want to see in an agent) listed and checked above as to why we highly encourage potential buyers or sellers to give her a call. Tina Henderson kept us informed and up-to-date on any information or forms we needed to access and sign. I don't plan to move again but if I did, Carol would be who I would call. Our experience with Carol was very excellent. The sale of our house went as predicted and as fast. I would recommend her to anybody I know in the market to buy or sell. As for the two N/A scores, our house wasn't on the market long enough.

Buyer reviewCarol is very knowledgeable of the area and has excellent contacts for just about any property questions or home repair needs. We started looking for waterfront property 2 years ago. Carol showed us several properties and always gave us her honest opinion when asked on home repair needs and Property values. Even though they were many months we did not house hunt, Carol was always there when we were ready to start again.
