The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Buyer reviewWe had a very difficult seller. Carol Choporis was very patient and understanding to all parties involved. Her knowledge of contractors helped with a challenging structural problem. At times we didn't think that we would get to settlement but Carol was always positive. She was the sunshine in this whole process. She is amazing. I am glad she represented us. I always had confidence in their team. I knew Tina had our backs and kept us on top of any paperwork needed. Tina was always available and helpful. We can't say enough good things about Carol. Carol is very professional, knowledgeable and above everything else patient. When things got tough Carol was always able to find a solution.
