The Choporis Crispell Team has more than 30 years' experience in Real Estate in the local Tri-County area. The team consists of three full-time licensed agents: Carol Choporis, Cindy Crispell and Tina Henderson, who is their personal licensed assistant. They enjoy helping buyers and sellers in addition to investors, landlords and tenants. They believe the team approach is most beneficial to their clients and has proven it to work over the last 20 years. In addition to the three-member team, they associate with competent lenders, attorneys, home inspectors and contractors. Seller reviewCarol Choporis is the best at what she does. She and her staff (Tina) were quick, responsive and patient. I had this property on the market for over a year earlier with another company and no bites. She turned it around immediately. The closing company used was great as well (Michelle). I would Highly recommend Carol Choporis and am most appreciative for her professionalism! From 1 to ten with 10 being the best, she and her staff are an 11!! Very accessible at all times. Tina ably assists as well. My Sister will be selling her property in the same area and will use Carol's services in the future.

We reached out to Ms. Choporis when we noticed she was handling properties that met our criteria for a new home. We were incredibly fortunate to find her. From our first phone conversation, we were struck by her professionalism and deep knowledge of the Southern Maryland real estate market and all that the region has to offer. She also conveyed a warmth and empathy in talking to us about our needs and priorities. Our first impressions were confirmed as we began to tour homes. We relied on her advice and counsel about the properties we were interested in, and will probably continue to seek her advice now that we have purchased. It had been a while since we purchased a property. Ms. Choporis and her team facilitated the process, answering our (many) questions quickly and always finding the information we wanted.
